I have a web page that has 2 parts (1) a form with certain inputs (search filters) (2) DataTable that reacts to submit.
Is there a way I can reload or refresh the DataTable on form submit? User can look at the data; tweak the search criteria in form and resubmit.
For now I am pre populating the DataTable with default data on page load. How can I make it reach to submit() button and reload / redraw itself using the form data?

On the server side I've make smth like:

And had met the problem when try sort by any column from client's page. I get duplication of the rows in the datatable.
The solution was change eloquent -> to on the server side like this:

But I think it's not good. I think this is bug.

I see (at least on Chrome) that if I use ESC, the popup is displayed twice, but Cancel does indeed bring user back to form to continue editing. If I close the form using the X in the upper right, however, the form closes whether I click OK or Cancel.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? I can set up test area for you again if needed.
