Big table data width problem and data long time to build (used FixedColumns-2.0.3)

I used fixed column 2.0.3. and having problem of slowness , width issue ( I Want each column with min 75) , Sorting is default on and unable to off this.

I just want the table with header fixed and one column fixed like excel freeze no sorting , searching etc.. I have tables with 25 rows and 200 column....

which solution will i used ? Please let me know the easy solution.
