Dynamically create multiple tables from JSONP?

Hello-

I'm thrilled to have found this powerful plugin.

Can anyone point me to an example of how one creates multiple tables on a page from AJAX/JSONP data? For example, my JSON feed has about 53 different "Races" and for each race I'd like to show the runners in that race.

Any suggestions?
