BootStrap Popovers not working after filtering

I'm working on a complex Fixed Column mock-up (http://emp.novusweb.com/vrms). The popovers for the small, round "i" icons in column 2 work fine before using the "Quick Search" to filter column 1. But after filtering, these popups don't work. No errors show in WebKit, either.

There are popovers on the colored bars in the right, scrolling part of the table, and they work fine before and after filtering.

I've tried various fn's to hopefully restore this event, but nothing so far, so I thought I'd turn to the forum for any insight.
