Table Tools Icons

Hi

I have implemented TableTools to provide a csv download of program listings. I can see in the distrib of TableTools there is a folder with icons for download. I can also see the styles contain directives to add them as background images.

However, they don't appear by default, please can you tell me how to use icons instead of text on the buttons?
