Sort by numerica value within a wrapped tag

Dear all,

I found when a column is wrapped by tag

e.g. <a href=\"102193.html\">10</a>

it would not sort by numerical value of 10, but by "102193.html". Is there a way to sort by the wrapped numerical value?
