bSmart individual column filtering

Imo, when bSmart is set to false, the function _fnFilterCreateSearch should return :
=>new RegExp( '^'+sSearch, bCaseInsensitive ? "i" : "" )
instead of returning
=>new RegExp( sSearch, bCaseInsensitive ? "i" : "" );
