Datatables: Customizing prev/next button

The current setting for the prev/next button is as follows:
1. Left
2. When a mouse hover of it, the cursor doesn't change to the 'hand' icon.

I want to change the setting as follows:
1. Right
2. When a mouse hover of it, the cursor change to the 'hand' icon.

Which css class should i be customizing? Or is there any other shorter way to do it?
