Inline Edit with keytable issue

I have my table with both inline edit and keytable activated. My problem is when i use navigation arrow to switch between field to edit, it will clear up the content , i can't append text to existing field. Any setting needed so that i can have keytable to work with inline edit? i tried turn off keytable then i can append text to field without any problem. Kindly advise
