'Select' extension - 'OS' style on mobile?

I understand that there's no shift/control/command key for mobile devices.

Is there a way to "fall back" to 'multi' style when a mobile browser is detected? Or is there a more intuitive way to manipulate your selections on mobile that I have yet to figure out?
