retrieve the data who are in my datatable using POST or GET ?

i'm a newbie, i apologize if the question is not relevant.

I've a form with 4 input type text who add line in my datatable.
I would like submit my form and retrieve the data who are in my datatable using POST or GET method.

Can you tell me if it's possible?
