IE8 Invalid Argument error with FixedColumns.js

I 'm having some problems with the FixedColumn plugin in IE8. It works fine in Firefox but I need to fix this issue in IE8.

Its distorting my datatable when there are no records. Error is as below.

I am using FixedColumns.js 2.0.3 version
