Multiple Tables in Tabs

I have 2 question ....

1 - I'm linking a "local" version of my problem. I'm using multiple tables under multiple tabs. I think I've got everything working.

The challenge I'm running into is that if you run this ... the initial table headings don't seem to format correctly. As soon as you make any changes, searches, or sorting ... everything seems to reformat properly. So I'm thinking there is some form of sequencing issue.

I left Tab 1 open for reference but you can see when you go to Tab 2 and Tab 3 that the formatting is off to start with.

2 - I also have an odd question that goes along with this, and that is what happens when you utilize multiple tables with thousands of records from MySQL tables on the same page? And hundreds of users logging in at the same time? How do the tables interact with each other or do they keep separate memory tables? Specifically since they appear to utilize the same site.js.download table to build information?

Thanks so much for your help in advance.
