Responsive v3.0.1 empty using download builder

Using the download builder for DataTables and the Responsive package is downloading the complete 3.0.1 Responsive package as empty files. I tested a download with the Button package, and those files have content as expected. I did also test using the CDN link for 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 and had no issues, but my use case requires local files. The DataTables package seems to be complete and functioning as well.
