Hello I have 4 tables. SW_DUMP, SITE_WORK, EQUIPMENT and PROJECT.
I want to show all columns of SW_DUMP. Additionally there is a column named WORK_ID in SW_DUMP and it points to SITE_WORK. I also want to edit the columns coming from SITE_WORK via Editor.
I managed to change SW_DUMP columns but could not update SITE_WORK columns. Here is the Editor instance:

Is there any way to order the columns initially in the PHP server file? (using the PHP library)
I have found the order('col1,col2') function, however it seems I cannot use it within Editor::inst()->... calls.
This would help to order the columns by name instead of index.

Is this a bug?

I have a fixed amount of rows (e.g. 75). Sometimes some of these are updated, sometimes some of these are removed and then a new one is added (remove and add before calling draw()). I use scrollY with a fixed pixel size. I need that the rows don't "jump" around whenever a new one is added, I guess this happens because i let dataTables order the rows automatically?

Is there any solution to this problem?

Note: I guess it works when ordering is disabled, so in the worst case I could disable ordering, and do it manually, then insert the row at the desired position?

Here I saw that 'Deferred rendering can be particularly useful when Ajax loading data as it allows DataTables to perform a number of performance enhancing optimisations and when deferred rendering is enabled, this can give a significant performance increase, since a lot less work is done at initialisation time.' Ultimately we all require best performance but it is noted that the default value is 'false' for deferRender option, Is there any significant issue or problem if it set as true? Or is there any other situations where this required?

I used the generator and created two entries

with the German date format "dd.MM.yy".

It works fine for the online preview.

Hi,

All my Yadcf filters are in a collapsable box.
When the box is collapsed we don't see if there are filters set.
So I'm looking for a way to display a warning on the page if any filters is applied by Yadcf.

The only way I see is to get info from localstorage but this is complicated to parse...

Any other way to do it?
