Æøå not showing - again :)

I'm having the same problem as described in this thread: http://datatables.net/forums/discussion/5362/sorting-with-international-characters/p1 I have a table that i made in Generator and i can't figure out where to put

$_GET['sSearch'] = utf8_decode($_GET['sSearch']);

that MrAdam describes in the other thread. I downloaded "Complete package" from Generator.
I tried to search the forum for clues but i cant seem to find anything :)
